Stats

If you haven't realized that I am a huge dork, you soon will. A few posts ago, we got to talking about how often we bathe our pugs in the comments. This got me thinking about Daytum, a website I came across about a year ago for tracking personal data.
So, I decided to share the account that I created for the pugs that I have been using since the first of the year, to track things like our walks, the fun places we visit and other pug related items. I am going to put a link in the sidebar, so if you are ever interested in how many walks the pugs have been on in 2011, or how many baths they have had this year you can find out.

mmm look at those “snug pugs” love it!!
love the stats… what an idea!! I am not good at remembering to log in stuff like that, so as much as I would like to do this, I probably would forget to enter the data along the way!
Henry has a “HoHum” look today.. you think he was stuck inside like the rest of us( got some snow yesterday and we are expecting more today!) Love ya Henry, Benny & Luna!
Be safe everyone!!
Dorks of the world unite, Corrine (am I spelling that right?)! I love that website, and will be checking the pugs’ progress, if only because I can’t track my own boy Rocky’s, having left him behind in the US when I moved to England. : (
What an idea!!! This will get more interesting as the days go by. I will have to log in frequently.
Well the blizzard is over and today the sun is shining britely, but oh my it is bitterly cold. We are going to reach a high of 10F today…woo hoo. I-70 is open today from Kansas City to St. Louis. It was closed yesterday and last night. Parts of other major highways were closed. Restaurants closed, shopping malls closed. We missed the 20 some inches of snow just south of here…probably received around 10 inches, but because of the wind, there are a lot of drifts. At one point yesterday there was a complete whiteout. Bitter cold temps the rest of the week until the weekend, with below zero temps at night. There is a possibility of more snow Sunday…booo. I know we do not have it as bad here as the northeast of the country, but it still ain’t pretty Martha.
Tracking?? Not only do i forget what i’m doing i would also forget to track it!!! It’s a great thought…...but not for me!!! lol
Corrine, I don’t think you’re dorky in the least! I love the idea of stats but I’d be terrible at keeping track!
what a beautiful picture of Benny and Henry and Corrine I dont think your a dork I think its a neat thing keeping track
I love the concept of keeping track of myself! It would be so helpful to be able to check what I actually did, instead of wondering, “did I do that, or did I just think about doing that?”
But I’d probably forget to track myself, so I’d be right where I am now! hehehe
As for you being a dork, Corrine, I’d consider that a compliment!!
Corrine, that is a creative idea. It’s one of those things that will from time to time answer our interest in whatever stat we have a question about. Good luck though. It sounds like a lot of work just in remembering to do it daily. But it will be interesting.
Huckle &
the Swamp Pugs
This will make stalking your pugs SO much more easy! Jade is ready for a bath, as in yesterday! She is GAMEY!
very cool. Nice picture of the snuggle bunnies, too, btw!!
Ahhh back…I’ve been sick and not in cyber land. Missed OBP!!! Love this pic of Henry and seeing the stats of all the fun!
Heather, hope you are feeling well again. Welcome back.
Heather hope you are feeling better and welcome back
These beautiful babies grow more beautiful every day!!! When I realized I was having memory problems a few years back I started keeping daily notes in Spiral Notebooks. Miss somedays but somedays are drags!!!
My family keeps me overstocked on note books. This years has a beautiful Pug puggie on the front!!
Last week my daughter got me an electric blanket!! GiGi, Gwen and I have been sleeping in warm and late into the morning.
I leave it on most of the day and ALL night. GiGi will cry at my bed during the day when she starts hurting, (Us Old Gals hurt in winter). Gwen joins us when she gets lonely.
Don’t think mine would like to be reminded on the bath thing lol, might check it out some time today enjoy your day.
