Looney Tune

Luna’s eyes are by no means perfect, but when I look at this photo it makes me think just how far this little girl has come. I’ll never forget when she had her first Schirmer Tear test and both her eyes registered at zero, meaning she was producing absolutely no tears. Her eyes were bone dry. Now she regularly scores a 13 or 14 on the test. It isn’t perfect, and I don’t think we will ever get to perfect, but it certainly is a far cry better.
She has settled in nicely and while she has only been here for a little over 2 years I feel like she has been a part of the pack since Benjamin & Henry were pups.

How precious! This is such a beautiful shot, it makes my eyes water.
what a beautiful sweetheart. I know it’s corny, but the eyes are the windows to the soul and Luna’s soul is amazing. Congrats to you for working so diligently to get Luna to be the best she can be. I know, good sight or not, she knows she is loved and protected.
I can’t believe that she was a zero on the Schirmer Test. Our little rescue, Tuni, had her first test a few months ago and it was a 7 in one eye and 9 in the other, but she was already on eye drops. Tuni is still working her way up to her perfect score too! We both love little Luna and her story is an inspiration to out little Tuni!
OMGosh what a beautiful picture and the black and white format is perfect for it. It just seems wrong to write captions for such a perfect picture, but I can almost see a word bubble rising above her precious little head.
This is such a pretty picture!
Luna’s Schirmer Test scores may not be perfect, however, her eyes are no longer dry and painful. You are doing a great job and I’m sure Luna appreciates your TLC!
She is so sweet and beautiful. I am so glad she is doing better.Great picture!
Little Luna, you bring my eyes tears of joy and my heart a smile.
You are so precious.
What a beautiful portrait of Luna! She looks so dreamy and thoughtful! Probably reflecting on how grateful she is to have OBP in her life. She is truly blessed and fortunate to have such love and care. Thank you for sharing her with us!

It is wonderful that Luna is thriving so well in your home
Your love for her shines through her eyes… (sorry that was kind of corny!) lol
What an irresistible little face! Little Luna’s such a beauty. The look of contentment says it all - “I’m loved, taken good care of, and I feel wonderful thanks to my very special possessions - Mom and Dad!”
That is such an adorable photo of Luna. Not that Henry and Benny aren’t cute…but there is something special about Luna, isn’t there?
What a beautiful little face.
Luna got very lucky when she landed at your house! She’s an angel.
She is so beautiful here! Such a pretty, pretty face.
Laurels to you for taking such good care of her eyes!
Such a cutie! Is that black and white? I though that was her natural colouring and a neutral carpet.
