Windy Days are Benny’s Favorite

"Driveway time" the other night was super windy and Benny was loving life! Benny has always been driven by his nose and on windy days he will sit outside and smell the air for what seems like forever.
On this night, Benny found himself a nice shady spot and sniffed the air until his heart was content. I can only imagine all the different smells he picks up on on a windy day.
As a senior gentleman now, Benny loves it when the smells come to him rather than him going off to find all the smells. I think all that is missing from this picture is the cartoonish depiction of all the different smells wafting through the air.
Something like this.

Or better yet, something like this.

OH MY GOSH! LOVE LOVE LOVE the pic of Ben superimposed in the disney pic! That is awesome!!
Pugs love their sniffs—- Benny looks so happy and relaxed!!! Our condo is near a restaurant—
Meiling is in heaven on our nightly walks soaking up the smells!!!!
Corrine, this is fabulous! I was enjoying reading about Benny and the smells and seeing his picture. But when I scrolled down and saw Benny replacing Mickey, I just lost it! Seriously funny!!!
Walt Disney totally missed the boat by using a mouse. Should have chosen a pug for his leading man!
Love this! For having such smooshed faces, pugs little noses sure work! Sleighbelle was a smiffing machine. Smiffing = Smelling + Sniffing!!!
Lots of new smells now that warmer weather has come to Ohio. The pugs love the sun and are all over the yard sniffing everything.
LOL! Seeing Benny replacing Mickey made my Monday! Agreed-Walt should have had a pug then we’d all have joined the “Benny Pug Club” instead of being Mickey mouses. Pug hugs from pastor sue & the Colorado 2
Oh my gosh!! how creative! love it, truly seems appropriate for Benny!
Sleighbelle! You’ve just added a new word to my pug vocabulary. I love the word smiffing!
What a perfect content look on Benny. I’m sure he was very delighted to have a “smiffing” party.
I love that second picture of Benny and the smells
