The Sweetest, Most Oblivious Pug You Will Ever Meet

Cupid has not been feeling 100% for the last two weeks and the pugs have really picked up on that. Cupid just wants to lay around and not be bothered and Henry and Luna have complied with her wishes. Benny, on the other hand, feels compelled to find Cupid and lay with her. I know Benny is convinced that by hanging around he will help Cupid feel better. Cupid, however, is not convinced. At first, she would move to a new spot after Benny layed with her. And Benny would innocently get up and follow her to her new spot and find a spot to lay. This would continue until Cupid was exhausted with the whole process and just decided to stay put.

Whether Cupid likes it or not, Benny’s got her back. Yes, he is so sweet and yet so oblivious.
Great story.
Love this picture…I also love how in tune with each other furry brothers and sisters are. I’m still praying for Cupid and hoping she levels out and gets back to her purrrrfect self soon.
Benny, you are such a sweetheart. Love you cutie.
Benny is an angel. I find it funny that Cupid would move; it’s not like Benny was laying up next to her; he’s just in the general vicinity.
Oh, I just love this story and Benny, The Protector, is such a sweetheart. What a great pug brother he is even if Cupid doesn’t recognize it. Benny looks so adorable and so concerned for his ‘sister’. The look on his face is priceless.
We have a Protector as well. Taco Breath who has attached herself like Velcro to my husband, has become his champion as well. Abby has this annoying habit of yapping and yelling and racing toward my husband as if to bite him whenever he gets out of his chair to leave the room. Taco Breath has had enough of it and now races up to Abby, jumps at her and on her and yells her own brand of justice to her. I can see this working out quit well. Certainly cuts down on the noise from Abby who seems to still be trying to figure out how the tables got turned.
Benny you are such a sweet brother
Benny wants so much to be the caregiver, but Cupid, being a cat and probably independent as most cats are, is not going to shake Benny’s devotion.
Whoever says animal are dumb don’t know a thing about them. Benny knows Cupid doesn’t feel well and wants to give her comfort…that’s smart.
Cupid, hope you get regulated quickly and begin to feel like yourself again.
Poor Cupid. Hang in there….Benny knows you need extra attention and is more than happy to share!
This is beyond sweet. I love how oblivious he is to her moving away from him. I hope Cupid feels better soon.
