The Only One That Fetches
Sometimes, Cupid exhibits more dog like qualities than the pugs. Take for example, this tennis ball. Somehow, it ended up in the pugs' toy bin. The pugs have had absolutely no interest in it for years. However, a few months ago, Cupid dug it out of the bottom of the toy bin and has been playing with it ever since.
She bats at it, chases it, sorta fetches it and sometimes holds it with her front paws and kicks the crap out of it with her back paws.
Before I leave for work, I tuck the tennis ball away so that no one trips over it during the day. When I come home, I find it in the oddest places. But my favorite is when I find Cupid tuckered out and purring up a storm next to her tennis ball after a little bit of playtime.

Look at Cupid’s sweet little crossed front paws and her back legs. So sweet. Guess the photographer forgot to say “smile”! Cats are such interesting creatures. I always think they are thinking something sly, and I think they usually are. Now give me a pug and you know where you stand!
Cupie is such a pretty kitty…Our cat Merlin does the fetch thing too! He loves for us to throw one of his mousies and he will chase it and bring it back for you to throw again.

Oh QP! What a pretty kitty. I noticed your paws right away too. Isn’t it fun to think about what our babies do while we aren’t home. Mom put my tennis ball away so I have to go dig it out again.
Growing up I had a cat named Henry and he fetched like a dog. He always brought you his toys and you would throw it and he would bring it back and set it in front of you. (As is you all needed a lesson in what “fetching” is.)
