Six
Six. That is the number of dog beds that we took on vacation with us. Crazy. I know.
We filled the backseat legroom with dog beds and put a few beds on the backseat itself. That way the backseat was extended and very cozy for the long drive.
Once we arrived we spread the dog beds around the cabin, putting them in strategic locations where we thought the pugs would want to lay. But, wouldn't you know it, the pugs weren't that interested in the dog beds we brought. When relaxing, they preferred to use the human bed.

Turn around is good….Pugs get beds…family gets dog beds. I think family got the best of the deal!!! Just think…you do have tons more of dog beds to choose from!!!
Oh my goodness, Corrine, I just love you. I’m literally LOL’ing here reading today’s post. I also love that the gang looks like they are cracking up too…laughing at the fact that with all those dog beds, they are where they should be, the human bed of course!

On a different note, today is a great day for me. 30 years ago, my niece Alex was born. 14 years ago, my baby Sleighbelle was born. (Alex hates sharing her birthday, Sleighbelle is ok with it!!) And tonite, after DECADES of being a fan, my Rangers are bringing it home in 6!!! Life is indeed good today. Happy Birthday Alex and Sleighbelle, and GOOOOOO Rangers!!!!!!!!!!
Ohhhhh-the gang looks ready to enjoy the human bed. Corrine with as many dog beds as you have maybe you can use them and then the puggers will think they are smaller versions of human beds. Any way-Love the sharing! Happy birthday Alex & Sleighbelle! Pug hugs from the colorado4
Oh my. Corrine you have a ton of energy to take along 6 dog beds on vacation, and othen all in vain. That is a hoot. What would happen if you decided to recline on the dog beds? The thought makes me laugh. And, Heather is right…the pugs are laughing at it all.

Sleighbelle thanks you for the birthday wishes. She is snoring in her bed. Dreaming of her birthday dinner of a scrambled egg and turkey bacon.
Look how cute they look on the extre-special vacation bed! They really look like they enjoyed their trip, and it sure does look like a beautiful spot and such a very pretty cabin!
And I’m with Sleighbelle for a number of reasons. First, today is my birthday as well as Bennie’s! How lucky is that to share my day with my puggie!! And I’m also in love with the Rangers and am hoping we get a World Series win tonight! G O R A N G E R S !

Sleighbelle, Bennie is 7 years old, and he has a very similar birthday dinner being prepared: scrambled egg! Which he loooooves. I can only imagine how excited he would be if he’d get some turkey bacon with it.
