Side Sleeper

I think this is Luna's way of getting my heart rate up. I find her sleeping like this from time to time and it always gives me a start. Luna has always been the type to pass out on her side after a big day, but now that she doesn't hear so well, she no longer pops up when you enter the room. With her recent breathing troubles can you tell that I am a little paranoid?

Luna looks relaxed but I am the same way when the gang lay like this I always go over and check on them
Goodness, look at that cute belly! I just want to plop down next to that pretty girl and give her tons of belly rubs!
xoxo Patty
I want to snuggle up with her!!!
I was the same way with Sleighbelle once she went deaf. I’d come into a room, and be just about up on her and only be relieved when I saw that she was breathing! Those babies give us fits sometimes!
That little belly is just begging to be rubbed.
goodness Miss Luna! Stop giving your Momma a “start”!!! I’d love to cuddle up to you.. bet you faintly snore xo
I love how the whole house is full of places to “plop.” All three of them will live long and happy lives not just because there are so many places to plop, but because of the love behind all the thoughtful and sweet kindnesses bestowed upon these special animals. Love heals.
Meiling is a deaf, side sleeper too that frightens me to death on a regular basis!!!!
Pretty little Luna hurry and get better real soon——-we are all wishing you well!
Pink bellies and pig trotters! LOL! Ruby sleeps like that too sometimes, and she will suddenly stiffen her legs and stretch them out, dead asleep, and leave them straight out for a few minutes before relaxing them again. I always wonder what she could possibly dreaming to make her do that?
Yes I thought it was only me who did that! And the cat has taken to doing it as well,
It’s going to be me who’s the gonna on the floor, and they will probably chew my nose off!!
Oh Looney. I’m with everyone else, I want to lay next to you and give you some belly rubs. Bella is a side sleeper and I’m pretty sure she is losing her hearing too. Sometimes when we come home from somewhere, we have to touch her and then I feel bad b/c she sits up with a start and I swear she is saying, “Good Lord! What day is it?!!!”
