Open Sesame
With the way the pugs wait at the door, you would never know that we have a doggie door around here. I think the pugs and Cupid, like to play a little game and see if they can get the humans to open the door for them rather than just letting their selves in through the doggie door. Needless to say they all are winning at their little game.

this is such a beautiful picture of Benny I have a doggie door and the only one that will use it is Baxter one of my boxers and Cuddles who is almost blind now if I open the doggie door and hold it open the rest will use it other wise it is useless
My pugs wait for me to go out first. They like it better when mom’s out with them. Good picture of Benny.
Oh puggers. It looks like Benny is saying “maaaa” open the door! You expect me to use the doggy door?! Sheesh!
They do have us wrapped around their paws! Bella doesn’t know how to go down the stairs. I guess since she is a rescue/puppy mill survivor she never learned. She can go up them but not down. Sometimes she will approach the stairs to go up and just stand there. I think if she could clear her throat, she would. Ahem, you can pick me up now. lol!
Benny, that is a fabulous picture of you. I can’t believe your human makes you WAIT at the door. Gee, you just can’t get good help nowadays!!

Of course they have US very well trained! Why would any pug use a doggie door when they could have the pleasure of seeing their human open the big door for them? After all, it is their due!
