Office Hours
Monday through Friday from about 8:00 am to 5:00 pm I function as the doorwoman for the pugs and the cat. Benjamin, Henry, Luna & Cupid make sure that I stay active by constantly wanting to go in and out of my office door. I oblige them during the week since I am sitting right there, but the weekends are a different story. They have gotten used to using that door so they try to use it on the weekends too. What do you think is the best way to explain office hours to a pug?

Surely you jest. Explain office hours to a PUG? You cater to them, they don’t cater to you.
Ok mom, this is how we are gonna work this. Regardless of the day of the week (Pugs don’t follow a calendar), you need to be available as the door-opener. Either that, or get an automatic door installed, like at the grocery store, so when we step on the mat, the door magically opens. Yea, that actually sounds really good.
LOL! Forget about it! We are only here to serve them! Remember it’s your JOB! LOL!
