Now you’re thinking Mom
Outside, near the pool, we have a little hide-a-way bench / storage container for all the pool toys and things. On top of the bench is a thin little green mat that always gets soaked when it rains. It poured the other day and the mat was of course drenched so I took it out and put it on the bench in the yard so that it would dry out quicker.
Well, wouldn’t you know, as soon as the mat dried it was soon occupied by pugs. The pugs sit on the bench in the yard all the time, but now that there is a little cushion on the bench they have become permanent fixtures.
Which leads the pugs to their next questions, “Why didn’t you put this cushion on the bench a lot sooner, Mom? It certainly does make things more comfortable.”
It’s all about comfort!

Pugs always seek the most cushy, comfy spot available! But what’s going to happen if Mom puts the cushion back where it was?
Awww!! Couldn’t ya just hug them… forever!!!
Aww….! It doesn’t matter what it is - if there is some sort of clothing, blanket, pillow, towel, etc lying on the floor…they will find it and lay on it!
“Hey Luna, isn’t it crazy that our people are so slow to figure out how to make our lives cushy? Isn’t that the main goal in their lives, to make us comfy? If it isn’t, it really should be…humans, we have to remember that they are not as smart as we are!!”
Oooh, that last picture! When Ruby sleeps like that I do a “kiss and run”. I kiss her paw and run like heck before she can bite me LOL.
LOL! boy you sure are being trained well - maybe I should come out to Fl. and get some before my pugs give up on me!
