Any pug owner would know that is the dinner time look——- Meiling adds a few silent barks—If food is not served immediately!!!!!

pugs are so smart my gang start to give me that look about a hour before meal time they have built in food clocks

My first thought was that this was some kind of game with the pugs going from one spot to another, musical chairs-like and Henry being the one who was “out”.

A new twist to the Abby Wars.  Every night, in bed, they all get a chicken jerky treat.  Georgie, who has to sniff and consider his, paused a bit too long in front of his.  Abby saw the advantage and hiked it over to Georgie’s and promptly sat on it, while eating her own treat.  Good natured Georgie just walked away, possibly wondering where his treat had gone.  (Of course I had to surreptitiously give him another and used my body to block any further thievery.)

I see who is right in front, that little diva Miss Luna!!!    I remember that look; my Angel used it alot.  I also got it when she wanted treats!

Love this. I thought it was some type of musical chairs game too Huckle! Bella starts sticking to me like glue about 1/2 an hour before her chow time!

Huckle, that is so cute yet sad about Georgie. But I’m glad to hear he got another treat. Is that sort of like a human licking a treat to be sure no one else takes it? A dog sits on it so no other dog will eat it.

Ah yes!  The strategically delivered Pug Stare!  We all know that look and the meaning behind it. 

I have to draw the line about when I feed Bennie his dinner.  He’d love to be able to manipulate me around so that he can get his lunch-snack served to him immediately after his breakfast.  And then move dinner to immediately after lunch-snack.  And so on and so forth until he has reached his goal of a full food dish at all times.  And THEN he would achieve his ultimate goal of being in the Guiness Book of World Records as the fattest pug ever.

OK GANG…..If you keep those beautiful sad looks even I would catch a airplane down, get a cab and come take care of you!!!

BUT I KNOW YOUR MOM WOULD NEVER FORGET TO HURRY HOME AND FEED YOU!!!!

I don’t get this reaction from Annie Fannie unless I am more than an hour late, which on occasion happens, I try to stick to the 6:00 a.m., 6:00 p.m. schedule, and she doesn’t stare me down.
