If you can’t beat it, join it
It has been very chilly here lately and we are in the midst of a snow storm. The heavy snow is yet to come, so we decided to head out and play while there was just a dusting on the ground.
The boys both had their coats on and were running around like mad stopping to gobble up snow along the way. They kept trying to shake off the cold and any snow that may have gotten on their coats. Luckily, I was able to snap a picture of Benjamin as he was giving himself a good shake!
If the boys are up to it, we may try to venture out later after there has been some accumulation. If we do, I will be sure to post some more pics.

Brrr, just makes me cold looking at these pictures, but the sweetness of these two warms my heart.
Still gives me a chill, and still warms my heart. Benjamin really does know how to shake, little tail straight out and all. Glad Luna and Sol don’t have to be out in this type of weather, although I see Florida is having colder weather.
Biscuit loves to play in the snow, but Rascal - not so much. It’s be kinda sad, in a funny kinda way to see them slipping on the ice. Right after our last snow a few days ago, it warmed up and rained and then the temp dropped again so we’ve got lots of large patches of solid ice. So much in fact that it’s safer to walk down the side street than to try and walk the sidewalk. But the trees are all surrounded with piles of snow and ice. What’s a poor puggie to do?
This week in North Texas we had one day of ice, and Sleighbelle was not happy about having the crunch, crunch, and more crunch under her feet. I’m not sure what she would do if there was snow on the ground.
I live in Ohio so I have to shovel a path to the back of the yard so my pugs can do their business. Only Bugsy, my youngest, loves to jump and race around in the deep stuff. Oh, and we don’t want to be left out any longer than neccessary AND there better be a “cookie” waiting for us for even braving the cold!!!
