His Perch

I never get tired of seeing this bag of wrinkles draped over the arm of the sofa. Benny has certainly claimed this arm of the sofa as his own. Actually, all the pugs prefer to be against the arms of the sofa. So, if you ever come to visit just know that you are going to be stuck with the middle seat on the sofa. ![]()

What can i say, he is so handsome.
lol..Mr. Skittles likes to “drape” himself over the arm of “our” favorite chair… seems like a pug thing??
Lovin the wrinkles xo
Benjamin, I do love your deep-rooted wrinkles oh so much…I want to just kiss each one! Such a handsome boy on your perch. I will be quite happy with the middle seat at your house, Corrine, as long as I’m sandwiched between the gang!
That Benny pose seems to be such a pug-thing. Sez: Casual, but in Control. He just needs a cardigan and some velvet house shoes - maybe a pipe. He’s a regular Perry Como (for those of us Baby Boomers).
It must be a “pug thing” ... we have to sit in the middle ... and with four puggers - sometimes we have to sit on the floor! LOL!!!
I think it is a pug thing all six of mine prefer the arm and Toby my black pug if he dosent get a arm he jumps off the couch and sulkstill he does Benny as usual you are looking so handsome love your wrinkles
I would be perfectly content to sit in the middle, and if they want to move over to cuddle, that would be even better.
Romeo doesn’t sit across the arm, but snuggles as close to it as he can. That’s his favorite spot when I am at the kitchen table, and when I come back to the sofa, he moves over just enough to let me sit down and snuggle up to me.
Yep, it’s a pug thing at my house, too!
I just love the way Benjamin casually drapes himself over the arm. Not only comfortable, but it must be a strategic vantage point for him in your house!
Also, I love his nails and the way they’re not all the same color : )
Trust me Corrine! If I EVER got to visit, you could throw me on the floor…would not care!!!!! That would be awesome…I’m completely starstruck with your clan!
You know, Benny, C.J. perches like this too. I always ask him if he’s doing his Snoopy “the vulture” pose…When he perches though he has the maddening habit of licking the arm of the chair or sofa and I always have to intervene!
Awwwww, such a handsome guy. Whoever would get sick of that handsome face would need their head checked!
Hooie drapes himself over the pillows on the back of the couch. Pugs are so lazy!
The back of my couch is permanently sagged in the middle from my Buddah-Bella-girl laying there everyday. Thinks it’s her personal window seat - but I don’t mind as I just love seeing her little black pug-face looking out the window when I pull in the drive after work.
Benny’s face looks as if he just passed wind. (Sorry Benny) Everyone wants to get a a go at Benny’s wrinkles. He looks so squishable.
While I have your attention, I’m apologizing for my lengthy diatribe of Cooper’s antics. This is a pug site not a Boxer one. Plus, I tend toward verbal diarrhea.
Huckle, if you mean the “Featured Pug Picture”, go to the right side of the screen, click on “Featured Pug Picture” and scroll down to Romeo.
If you are talking about the Pug Meetup pictures go to www.pbase.com/palawrey, click on the May Pug Meetup. Another picture of Romeo is featured, click on that and you can see all the pictures.
Romeo received some fantastic comments, and because he was the celebrity of the day, my grandson suggested he celebrate by going off his diet for one day.
Huckle - did I miss a Cooper story?! I hope not, as they are so darn funny! I’m sure everyone agrees that Cooper’s antics are welcome, he’s part of a pug family afterall!
Sue VDB, your grandson is too precious. Bet Romeo loved his idea!!!
Pug hugs to all!!!
Another gorgeous photo of a gorgeous boy.
