Hiking

I think the best part of the vacation by far was our morning hikes with the pugs. The weather was perfect! The pugs could run about and we did not have to worry about them overheating. And it wasn't too cold for us.

The terrain was way more rugged than our normal evening walks which are always on sidewalks. I think this got the pugs all excited because they really felt like they were on an adventure.

The mountain air and the fresh scenery really invigorated the pugs!

I just love, love, love how happy they look; thrilled to be exploring the wilderness! My boys are the same…any time we go on an adventure - even if it’s just to my friend’s house we always visit - they get SO excited. We call this - FIELD TRIP!
I’m loving this week of re-living the gang’s vacation…nothing better than being able to travel with our puggers.
Love to you all and lotsa pug hugs!
How cute, everybody enjoying a nice fall hike!
It is SOOO apparent how amped up your gang is with their new surroundings. Goin’ on SAFARI!!! They all look like they are staking their claim to the area. It’s like having them as puppies again - when everything was new and an adventure. Like taking your kids to Disneyland. Ah! The Wonder! Ah! The Joy!! Again the pictures really capture their moods and such fun to look at. Thanks for sharing their (and yours) vacation w/all of us, Corrine.
Henry: Come on let’s go this way
Benny: Here I come, wait for me
Luna: yeah, I’m a girl and I’m gonna stay right here
La Luna’s personality is really showing what a saucy girl she is. Love it!! Henry looks like leader of the pack as usual and Ben is the carefree bachelor boy - just out for a good time. (had to take another peek at the pics)
I love these pictures! It does look like Henry is saying, c’mon!!! This way guys! Hurry up! Or ‘andiamo’ which is Let’s Go!! in Italian. I say it all the time! Andiamo!!
Benny looks like he is saying, “Get outta my way! I’m comin’ through!”
And sweet Looney is saying, ‘can I bring this stick home?’
Great pictures of course!!
Pug Hugs to all from Gina & Pip
What a great time the kids are having makes me feel like a kid again, too. Pug hugs from the Colorado 4fwr
I love the pictures all three look like they are having so much fun on the hike really makes me miss New England
They all definately look like they’re having a terrific adventure!! I love seeing them exploring!
Mary, I also love your nickname for La Luna!
Martha: I always think of the old Italian man in MOONSTRUCK (w/Cher) who was walking his little dogs at night and would stop and gaze at the moon (which he called: La Luna - Bella Luna - which is just what “our” little Luna is.
What cute pictures. All three of them look like they are having such a good time exploring.
WOW!!! The Guys and Gal really are enjoying their adventure!!!
Thank all of you for sharing your pugs with this old lady every day. Filling out appilacation for new rescue pug is really an adventure. Wish me luck.
PS: Grandson has to come in and ead the image below!! Even with tri-focuse glasses Grannie cannot see it.
Luna and Henry seem to have the same look on their faces.
Benny seems ready to roll.
Grannie Pug, I am so excited right along with you about the rescue. I have faith it will be a perfect match. Maybe love at first sight! Keep us posted.
