Henry Cam
We almost never watch commercials, but we happened to catch this one on TV the other day and both of us almost fell out of our chairs.
Not only is DropCam the camera that we use to keep any eye on Henry while we are at work, the dog in the commercial is also named Henry!
Henry totally could have been the star of this commercial!

Does Henry’s DropCam actually reprimand him? I’m curious. Do you actually talk to Henry during the day? I didn’t realize this was that type of camera. I want more.

He’s willing. Just waiting for his lucrative contract to include daily car rides & visits to Grammy’s and Goldfish crackers for a treat. And I need my outdoor ME time…

VDB—Yes, we COULD talk to Henry over the Henry Cam but when we have done this is makes things worse. :( He thinks that we are there (since he can’t see and can only barely hear). So he goes frantically searching for us and when he cannot find us it only makes his anxiety higher. :(
Wooding—Indeed, you & Grammy are both correct. Henry totally should be the star in this commercial! And as Grammy says, he is willing but he would drive a hard bargain in order to get all of his contract elements met.

That commercial is a hoot! I can see how you talking to Henry over the pugcam would freak him out:( My husband travels all the time and he had the idea of skyping with our puggies…talk about getting freaked out!!!

Let’s hope Drop Cam gets with it, and tries to hire Henry for all future advertisements! After all, any ad with a pug in it always catches my attention ; )
