Grumpy Old Men
The pugs could indeed "hold it" until after the storms passed. However, Benny and Luna still weren't happy to get their paws wet. And Henry, he was grumpy because there was no sun. Geez, pugs, be glad you didn't have to go potty in the rain!

Adore this pic. Henry certainly looks grumpy lol. I’m gonna have two grumpy men on my hands too as it’s pouring today. Momma loves the rain though, especially being sick.

Oh boy, Henry does look grumpy, but still smoochable. Benny looks like he is saying, ‘yeah, whatever.’ Where is sweet Luna?

Henry certainly looks grumpy, Benny, not so much. Lookit, boys, the sun WILL come back, the water WILL go away and all will be right in your world.
The vet called last night. I guess his staff told him I was a little “freaky” about Georgie. I told him Georgie was just fine and had been since his problem in the night. He said it could have been a “fluke” and to keep his appointment only if it happened again last night. He also said I could give him 1/4 dosage of Benedryl to calm him down if it reappeared last night. He was good, no problem, now we can both breathe.
I was reading the paper yesterday when Georgie came over to my chair and sat at my feet. Still reading the paper, I leaned forward to give him a tummy rub and to try to keep him from climbing onto my lap because my next activity was to go get dinner started. As I continued to pet him, I looked down to see his sweet face gazing at me with what I considered to be undying love. Then I realized, what I thought to be his complete “love” may not have been so. The tummy I thought I was petting was, instead, his “part” Oh my!
Definitely a Grumpy Old Men picture - I would cast Henry as Jack Lemmon and Benny as Walter Matthau (the wrinkles, mostly - but also - Walter always look pleased with life whenever Jack’s character was feeling gloomy-gus.)
HUCKLE: Hope things continue to go well with Georgie, and don’t feel freaky about the misplaced belly rub. Bella enjoys it when I include her “goolie” with a tummy rub, on occasion. Just be sure and wash hands afterwards!!
