Luna loved to play with this squeaky monkey toy, but as soon as it squeaked she would stop playing with it. We were always surprised she liked to play with it because it was about as big as she is.
Until recently we still had the toy. But we made the mistake of letting Monroe play with it and as soon as she picked it up she ran off into the woods with it and hid it. We went to look for it, but could not find it anywhere.
So Luna's squeaky monkey is hanging out somewhere in the woods. I always think that one day I will be out walking the pugs and I will hear the monkey squeak off in the distance.

I love seeing the pugs in action! Sweet Luna, it’s as if she thinks, Umm, I’m done with that one. And Henry just sits and observes.
That would be so funny to hear it off in the distance from the woods.
When I played the video, Bella barked b/c she could hear it. Funny.

Luna really likes her monkey and I love her reaction to the squeaking. Does she miss it? Bo Peep’s forever with her teddy bear for 10 years was greatly missed when it disappeared and I think Colby, the springer ate it.
One of these days monkey may be found. Any word on Monroe?
We’re babysitting our daughter’s pug and chihuahua this weekend. Zorro, (pug) and our pug, “M” were in my lap when I played this. That monkey woke them up out of a dead sleep. Such power! Luna is so adorable going from one toy to another!!
