With as many sleepy shots of Luna that I have, I'm thinking I could start a blog feature called Case of the Mondays.
While she looks very cranky, she perks right up if you call her name or if she hears particular noises coming from the kitchen. It is just when Luna sleeps, she goes all out and really gives it her all.
It is very hard for me to believe that this is the same pug that was so nervous that she tried to sleep standing up when we first adopted her. Judging by the way she sleeps now, I think it is safe to say she is felling pretty safe now.

Luna, you could come to my house and fit right in. Both of our dogs have a case of the Mondays EVERY Monday. Thank goodness we have jobs to go to so they can catch up on their sleep.
She tried to sleep standing up???? That is so sad and I hope her former owner has a front row seat in HELL…How anyone could hurt an animal is beyond me. Luna, you are safe in your mom’s “Angel” arms! Relax and enjoy your mornings, girl!
Karen B I’m with you…I couldn’t even comment on it because it made my stomach hurt! I would like to personally and slowly torture people that hurt animals.
Maybe we could make those king of people have to clean the large cat room at the humane society with a toothbrush.
