Colors
Before H. Doodle closed its virtual doors, I wanted to get the pugs new harnesses. The harness stock was running a little low, so we mixed things up with the harness colors.
Benjamin, has always worn a red harness, but he is going to try his paw at sporting an orange harness for a bit.
Henry is going to embrace his inner bad boy and rock the camo. Although, we did get him a peace sign tag to show that he is a lover and not a fighter.
And Luna is going to go back to pink. A pink, as Huckle pointed out last week, that perfectly matches her tongue.

The gang looks great in their new harnesses! I’ve had Bennie in one for awhile, and I think they’re perfect for pug-bodies! Bennie has the camo, too, and he feels very cool when he wears it!

They are perfect pug models, and show off the Puppias to a T. I love these Puppias because doggies seem to be very comfortable in them. If anyone is thinking about getting one of these, they really are perfect for pug bodies as Martha said.

I do want to order some of these….my problem is nothing fits Lily right, she’s pretty stout and has broad shoulders. The med.‘s are usually a little snug and larges are always way too big in other brands. Any advise on sizes? What does Benny & Henry wear?

Yes, what a great deal! Our Violet wore an X-lg for years and I was surprised when both Lulu & Sophie also fit in it! So we ordered 2 new ones! A pink & a yellow. We can’t wait!
My gang look so good in the Puppias, however, they now need to make XXLs for some of them (mentioning no names, the guilty ones know who they are).
We need to be buying some stock in baby wipes. Our need for them increases daily. I was reminded of it again yesterday. The wonderful weather and the sunshine had everyone outside in a good mood. Cooper was lying in the sun soaking up the rays. Georgie walked over to him, lifted his leg and peed on Cooper. Perhaps Gracie with a sense of fair play, felt that walking over to Georgie and peeing on him evened the odds. Abby who was sleeping stayed well out of it. It’s usually Gracie who goes over to Abby and marks her (thus the constant baby wipes) I attribute Gracie’s “male posturing” due to the fact that she and Georgie have grown up together and Georgie probably had her believing it was the thing to do. He also has her kicking up the grass after her marking Abby. My unamused Abby comes over for me to wipe it off after being marked.

Oh Huckle ~ that is terrible but for some reason, I sort of chuckled. I just pictured an unamused puggie walking over to be wiped. Oh dear. These pugs keep us on our toes!

Yes Huckle thanks for the chuckle! Beauty has this thing lately of scratching the ground-make that snow-before doing her business-like a cat! Could she have been a kitty in a previous life? Does anyone else have a pug that does this? Pug-hugs to all from the Colorado 5
Oh Huckle, I know it’s not nice to laugh at such goin ons, but I couldn’t help it. Poor Cooper, getting peed on twice, and poor Abby. I bet Abby wishes you never brought those two home. I understand Abby’s reaction, but what does Cooper do when it happens to him twice in a row?

Huckle, your gang has proved again my dog truism: “If dogs can do something, they will.” Of course, this generally applies to misbehavior, which is unfortunate! So let’s all send Huckle baby wipes!!!

Huckle, after all the trouble you’ve had getting Cooper up to speed with everything, does he have this pee coming to him from the Gods? Are they even now?
Send away Sue VDB, Martha, et al, but save some wipes for you all, just in case this behavior gets copied by others. Cooper didn’t seem to notice anything was going on, he just enjoyed the sun despite the yellow shower. A little end note. After the gang came in and got wiped off, Abby and Gracie got up onto my lap. Abby keeps her rump toward Gracie and Georgie when all are on my lap. I looked down at them and Gracie had the audacity to sniff Abby’s rump and look disgusted.

I bought anew Puppia for Toeby…He will also be “rockin’ the camo”! C.J. looks fabulous in his red Puppia and he’s very comfortable in it!

Benjamin, Henry & Luna all wear larges. It is odd that Luna is a large as well, given that she is so much smaller than the boys, but the medium is just a bit too snug on her. Luna has a pretty big chest so we opted for the large for her as well.
Thank you so much, I ended up ordering Lily a large too. She’s a short round girl like her human. : ) The large appears to match her measurments so I’m sure it will be perfect. I looked for a medium for Lyla but they were allready sold out. I can’t wait to get it, it’s so hard to ft them.
