Henry is not much of a beggar, but he has developed a new habit where he wants to lick the plates when we are done eating. He sits quietly while we are eating and then as soon as we finish he sits up and whines for the plates. This all started because we let him lick a tiny bit of our spaghetti plate once. ONCE! And suddenly this has become a habit. Here is trying to con us into giving him the leftover chicken.

Mom…I know I usually wait till the end but that chicken smells way too good…a little nibble for your good boy….puuuuhhhlease.
All I can say, is that if pugs had Jedi mind powers, all would be lost!
Oh, I’m such a good helper. If they would just allow me to get to work, I’d save them so much time doing dishes. And they’d be soooooo clean, too.
