Find a dog-friendly job

Dogster.com recently teamed up with Simply Hired to create a job search engine that focuses on companies that are dog-friendly.

In a survey conducted by the two companies, researchers found that 66% of employees would work longer hours if they could bring their dog to work with them. 32% of the group surveyed even said they would take a 5% pay reduction to have the employee perk of pups in the workplace.

Researchers also found that dogs in the workplace help to reduce stress levels and help employees better connect and build stronger relationships.

Simply Hired’s new dog friendly job listing includes over 400 companies. Some of the larger companies included on the list with dog-friendly policies are Google and Amazon.
