Just in time for the holidays, Wilson the pug is back with his pug perspective and Taoist advice in Letters to a Young Pug. The book would not be complete without Wilson’s sidekick Homer, who in this latest edition, is Wilson’s trusted apprentice. A great read for pug lovers everywhere.

Lifetime’s new show Off the Leash which follows 7 canine clients at the Le Paws pet-talent agency in Hollywood features a pug. Boo, the pug, is doing whatever it takes to get a big break. You can watch Boo and the rest of the dogs on Off the Leash on Mondays at 6:30PM on Lifetime.

Southeast Pug Rescue & Adoption (SEPRA) will be holding their annual PugFest on October 28, 2006 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I personally have never been to the event, but I hear pugs come from far and wide. PugFest has many fun, pug related events and the proceeds from PugFest go to help pay the medical costs of pugs SEPRA has rescued.
