We’re Bored!
We spent much of the weekend putting up Christmas decorations. Needless to say, the pugs weren’t too interested in the decorating process.

OK guys…as soon as the big people leave the room, we take DOWN the tree!
At least that’s what my pugs plotted….
Benny… are you supposed to pee on THAT tree??
Beth, too funny!
So, the whole house get’s dolled up. What about us? Where are our decorations???
All that fuss, and what are we supposed to do in the meantime?
Awww…what a couple of cuties!
The weather has gotten cold (finally!) here in Central California and C.J. and Toeby mope around a lot too…They will go out but they don’t stay long so they end up bored as well!
Mom, how many more days till Christmas….it seems so long to wait!”
My kids are helpful no matter what I or anyone else is trying to do in my house. They have crawled in cupboards when I’m trying to clean. They help my handyman and give him plenty of kisses especially if he’s on the floor fixing plumbing or putting something together. I usually remove them since poor Vern can take only so much pug-loving (he’s a cat person).
Ok, the decorations are up- so where is Santa Paws with the goodies?
Most times my Pugs have that very same look. It’s hard to keep these persnikity pugs entertained! Although the other day my Ginger was digging up on the slope - she’d knock a rock loose and chase it down the hill! She thought that was so much fun! That kept her entertained for quite a while =)
