Trick or Treat

Henry, Benjamin and Luna

The pugs love to head out to go trick or treating. Our first stop is always Grammy's and in the picture the pugs are trying to get to Grammy's house as quickly as they can.

After Grammy's we usually make the rounds at a few other houses in the neighborhood, but this year no one was home. So we made sure to give the princess and the two frog princes a few extra treats at home.

What a wonderful treat to see Luna, Benny and Henry.  They would have been the hit of the neighborhood, although my friend Dee brought her grandson and golden retriever over to trick or treat.  Spirit had on a red, white and blue bandana and a spirit tee shirt, carrying a plastic bucket around.  I had to load her up with doggie treats, and she made quite a haul in the neighborhood, although the majority of them were not the good kind for her.

Now there’s a cheer-up picture.  I just think of it and start laughing.  The Puggies think I’m nuts,,,well…shhhhhhh?

Actually we had about 50. We live in a kind of development with only 3 streets.  They had to have brought them from a different area of the town. My husband sat outside with a fright mask on and a bed sheet (a good one, grrr!) and dealt it out while I tried to keep the Pugs away from the front door (they could see the kids through the side light, however, and they were vocal..
