Resting

Sol resting after having her teeth cleaned

I wanted to share a photo of Sol now that the growth on her eye has been removed.  Its weird, but I am still getting used to not having the thing in her eye there.  I didn’t realize how used to it I had gotten.  It was like her Cindy Crawford mole.

But I am glad its gone because I am sure it was an nuisance to her.  Hopefully when she is feeling better her big brown eyes won’t look so sad.

It is such a wistful look, It just tugs at the heart strings.  Glad she is feeling better.

Rest easy little Sol.  Your eye looks gorgeous, and soon you will be feeling much better.  This picture of her makes we want to cuddle and shower her with kisses.  Like Pat said it tugs at the heart strings.

So glad she is back home and resting easy!  We’ll be praying the growth in her mouth is nothing!!  What a sweet older gal she is; she’s so beautiful!!!

Oh Sol, your eye looks beautiful…and I don’t see sadness, just exhaustion and comfort to be home again.  Sounds like she had a hearty dinner (me too Sol…pants are tight today…you’re so lucky you don’t have to pull on pants after a big meal!) and all’s well.

Still praying about the test results…

“Shit Shoe”....ahahahahahahahahahahahaha…

Tell Sol, from Abbey and me, to, “Cheer up Buttercup!”  Then give her the biggest hug and kiss from us.  We’re glad she’s looking beautiful and feeling better!

poor baby.  she does look like she’s been through the wringer :-(

Now, what in the world are those things in the background that look like rolls?  I’m sure they aren’t food, or the pugs would have eaten them up. lol

What a beautiful little angel. Sol looks very content. I am so incredibly happy for her - being surrounded by her new, loving family.

She’ll be feeling a 120% better in no time! Atta girl, Sol! You’re so lucky to have a mom that loves and cares for you so much grin

Carla - I was wondering the same thing?!?! They almost look like really big rawhide bones!
Inquiring minds have got to know - What’s at the bottom of the stacker behind Sol?

The items in the background are the infamous knucklebones.
http://www.ownedbypugs.com/index.php/pugblog/knucklebones

Once they clean all the gunk off of them the knucklebones go in the bottom shelf of the bone/toy bin and the pugs can chew them at their leisure.

WHEW! Good job, little one.  You’re a fighter and a lover!

Aw, she looks so great!

And we have the Pet Zone bone thing too.
We use it for Puggy food, though!

Unfortunately for my Bub (Lucy’s nickname is Bubba.  I know… There’s NO link whatsoever), she’s not allowed to have knucklebones; the breeder from which we got her told us when she gave her pugs knucklebones, it had some not-so-great health effects.

Anyroad, Sol is looking much better; cheer up, Little One!
