Out with the old, in with the new

Cupid

Cupid's new perch arrived late last week, and as soon as we could we got to assembling it. While we were putting it together Cupid hung out in her old perch and also spent some time supervising from the new perch's box.

Cupid

By the time we had it assembled she was pretty anxious to try it out. She followed us while we moved the new perch to its new home and as soon as we sat it down, she made her way up to the top.

Cupid

She spent some time surveying her kingdom from her new superior height before settling down to relax.

QP looks quite content at the very top surveying her kingdom, or is that queendom.  Sounds like you and hubby weren’t fast enough.

Our four legers are so funny.

Lookit-that!!  What a dear face!!  It’s great to see the great lengths (heights) we will go to to bring happiness to our fur-buddies.

What a fantastic perch Cupid has now!  She’ll be able to supervise everything from there!  The expression on her face looks like she’s quite pleased with it, too!

Prayers please, for my Romeo.  He’s been sneezing and the vet thought it was allergies, although he has never had the type of allergies to sneeze.  Well, the sneezing has gotten worse, and his breath smells rotten.  I know he needs dental but I hesitate because he has some trouble coming out of anesthesia.

I took him back to the SPCA today because the sneezing is worse, he sometimes breaths through his mouth and he doesn’t have much energy.  He has a hole in the roof of his mouth, cause unknown, and it is full of infection.  I have antibiotics and an appointment tomorrow morning with an animal dentist.

Thank you.

Amazing perch!  How perfect it will be in the sunshine catching some rays.

Our kitties would be in heaven.  We don’t have an area enclosed like yours to even have a tall perch!

Drools and licks,

Sending prayers for Romeo! I have to say-Cupid looks very contented. Hope Romeo will be ok-it’s so hard when our fur babies are ill. Pug hugs & prayers from the Colorado 4
