Nurse Cupid

Cupid

Cupid hasn't been quite as glued to my side as Henry has been, but I can't sell her helpfulness in my recovery short. She did give me a most awesome leg massage right above my knee that surprisingly felt good. She has also been crucial in me learning to get around on crutches (which means she has tried to kill me several times). She loves to weave in and out while I am walking and if I take too long of a break, she will continually rub up against my crutches to urge me on. Everyone has been able to help in their own special way.

Side note, notice Henry is photobombing this shot will just the tip of his tail wink

I think Cupid sees herself more as a “physical therapist” with massage therapy
and trying to teach you to walk with crutches!  What excellent home care you are receiving!!

Corrine, boy do I understand the “tried to kill me” part.  That’s why I keep my cane with me.

You can see the caring in Cupid’s eyes.

Cats can be very caring.  My first cat was a Siamese named Sabrina.  One day I was very upset and cried.  She was immediately by my side trying her best to comfort me.  It worked. 

Keep on keeping on.

I saw Henry’s tail, but didn’t realize it was him.  I was going to say that, if I didn’t know better, I’d think that was Cupid’s tail back there! Lol

So glad to hear that you are receiving excellent care during your recovery (minus the kill me thing). 

My sister is a magnet for homeless cats.  We call her “Meowmom”.  She only has 3 or 4 now, but any cat that runs their house is more than willing to “make biscuits” on any part of your body. 😱. It wouldn’t be so bad, except they still have their claws.😂

Cupid, as her name implies is a loving kitty and great massage therapist/physical therapist. Evidently her motto is :what dose not kill you, makes you stronger! Continued healing & Pug hugs from pastor sue & the Colorado 2.

Just to have Cupid sit with you is good medicine!  And what a great job she did to devise some agility exercises for you and your crutches.  Of course…...it was a “sink or swim” type of training, wasn’t it?!?

How clever of Henry to photobomb in such a subtle way!
