Multipurpose

Sol

Sol has been making her rounds and trying out all the dog beds in the house.  Surprisingly, she keeps coming back a little cat sack / cat bed that we got for Cupid (which Cupid shows her appreciation for by completely ignoring the snugly bed).  She gravitates towards the cat sack when I am milling about and she can’t really get comfortable because I keep moving from room to room and she feels compelled to follow me.

Henry, on the other hand, believes the cat sack is one big stuffed toy.  On several occasions he has ran over to it and started dragging it about the house until he finds an open dog bed.  Once there he will chew on the rim of the cat sack.

Cupid may not like the bed, but at least the pugs have found a few uses for it.

Precious!  At least the cat sack/ cat bed is not going to waste.  I wonder what Sol does when Henry uses “her” bed as a toy?  What would we do without our dear puggies and their antics?

Sol is so precious!  Has Henry tried dragging the bed while Sol is in it?  Now that would be a picture!  We’re going on holiday for ten days and won’t be visiting you here on OBP.  We’ll miss you all and look forward to ten day’s worth of cuteness and catching up when we return.

I just want to snuggle with her.  How sweet.

Sol, that bed looks comfy. I like that you are taking time to test out all the beds.

Hugs from a Massachusetts pug!

Not so much a “cat bed” as a “pug chair”! If you know you’re going to have to get back up every time Mommy changes her mind about what room she’s going to be in, you might as well have a comfy place to park your behind!

Marty used to follow me about just like that!  I think it was almost a year before he completely stopped!  He would go to gate at bottom of stairs and wait if I went up, if I came down other staircase, I would find him looking up the stairs…waiting….

These little lost “sols” need time to feel secure that is for sure!

Gus does that too, I am constantly tripping on him since he also like to get infront of me, drives my husband nuts!

I bought a cute little bed like that for the cats and Indy took it over too, she fits perfectly if she curls right up and it’s next to a hot air vent to help keep her warm! lol
I found my guys liked their new bed the best and it’s big enough for probably another pug or two!

Looks like little Sol is getting comfortable in more ways than one! Beauty and Daisey follow me around, too, it’s like having my own entourage!! Even into the bathroom where Beauty has to get as much attention as she can get!Of course, like it seems with all pugs-mom’s lap is the best!

The Queen of Sol sits upon her cushy throne…you go girl!

our cat bed is in the cat room, which the puggies don’t have access to, but if they did I know they would have a ball playing with her toys and lounging in her leopard print cat bed!

My Lily is always at my feet, doesn’t miss a step.  She follows me into the bathroom and jumps into the tub almost every day.  She’s got to where she can’t get herself out and you’ll hear her in there whining for you to come get her.  : )

I bought my guys a dog bed similar but bigger than your cat bed and guess what? The dogs didn’t use it, so the cats now have it in their room and they love it!

Some funny stories.  I bought my new cat, Frankie, a bed because he was forever jumping in the box I keep my newspapers in.  Guess what?  He ignores it and Romeo has claimed it as his own when I am up and about and he can’t snuggle up to me.

Corrine, please let us know the results of Luna and Sol’s visit to the vet.

Waiting for word on the vet trip…

C.J. and Toeby won’t sleep on their “pug pad”.  They prefer a lap, an arm of the sofa or my armchair, or MY (their) bed!

Oh she just looks so sweet kind of perched on the cat sack!!
