Benjamin's 9th birthday is sneaking up on him and so is the gray. I think it makes him look more distinguished. He thinks it makes him look like he needs a treat.

My goodness, it’s good to be back in OBP land after a few days away. I was babysitting my almost 2yr. great grandson and he nearly wore his poor old Mimi to a nub.
It was fun but he has lots and lots of energy. I always miss seeing the blog and had some catching up to do. Sir Luke will be 10 on May 1st, and Genevieve will be 10 in Aug of this year. Funny, but it seems like they are so much like puppies. We’re not sure how old our big dog Mollie is (she thinks she is a pug). But we have had her 5 years this month. Good to see everyone and I have to agree about snuggle pugs being bed hogs. They have their spots sideways in the middle and my hubby and I are both usually hanging on for dear life. Hope everyone has a great weekend, we’re having wonderful warm weather here in Texas. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Oh and Huckle, I told you about the name Cooper, I knew he would come around. Scatterbrained maybe but slow and sure in the end. LOL

Oh sweet Benny. 9 is nothing! Sleighbelle turned 13 this past October. And talk about GRAY! Her entire muzzle and her head and ears are all gray…so instead of being fawn, she is more like silver! But she still has spunk and is always up for a treat, just like you! Happy soon to be birthday!

Benjamin, you are just as handsome as ever! My Lily is 4 and she’s been gray for a year already, but she is just as beautiful now as she ever was.
I think Benjamin is a very distinguished looking pug! And when you combine it all, you have:
distinguished + upcoming birthday = many, many treats

Benny it dosent matter if you have some gray you still are as handsome as ever my gang are all close to being seven and they are gray around the muzzle Toby my black pug is really turning gray even on his paws and out of all five he is the youngest hope everyone has a great weekend

Aww Benny. Don’t be sad about the gray. Just eat a lot of powdered donuts. It will keep everyone guessing ‘is that gray hair….or powdered sugar?’. Happy Birthday!

Martha - if you go to Friday, October 3, 2008, you will find Baby Benny’s Pugkin Bread. I happen to have it taped to my computer desk hutch, that’s why I could find it.
You see the greying of Benny’s muzzle on either side of the nose…Georgie wiggles this whenever he is trying to understand something (or sees Cooper). Anyone else have that happening?
Huckle ~ Pip wiggles this too! He isn’t quite gray yet although I can see the beginnings of it! He will turn 7 on March 2nd. His birthday is the day before my human daughter. 
We celebrated his second birthday with a huge dinner and cupcakes and then the next morning, my water broke! He says his birthdays have never been the same since.
