Molded

Luna

The other day, I noticed that the puff pillow, which Luna has completely claimed as her own, was looking a little flat. So I fluffed it up a bit. Well, that did not sit well with little Luna. She scratched, she circled, she paced all in a desperate attempt to get the puff pillow back into the same exact shape that it was in before the dreaded fluffing occurred.

After a few days of hard work, she was able to re-mold the bed around her body. And there will be no more puff ball fluffing for me.

Oh my Luna, you did a great job getting that puffy back to satisfactory lounging condition. It looks heavenly in there surrounded by puff!

Man, just when I had every inch of my bed PERFECT, along comes mom: thinking she is helping. Thanks mom, but from now on, I’ll handle the bed fluffing….
This reminds me if ice tea…you are out eating, you have gotten your glass to the perfect combo of tea and sugar and along comes the waitress, and just pours more tea in your glass without asking! Dang, now I have to start all over again getting it just right. Luna, I fell your pain!! ha!

Hope Mom learned if it ain’t brke, don’t fix it! I noticed the other day that I am becoming more like Beauty-she circles before landing-just before putting on panty hose-I was circling,too,and I am still trying to figure out WHY!! Have a great week-end all!

My work is really cut out for me. Last night Romeo worked on his stapled stomach and there was a big leak this morning. He is now wearing a cone!!! I’m having to watch him like a hawk because it is so hot for him and of course he can’t drink or eat with the cone on. He absolutely hates it and working hard to get it off when he has it on. It scares me that while I am gone he will really hurt himeself. Poor Romeo.

Oh no Sue VDB…Romeo is determined to get his recuperation speeded up, isn’t he???!!!

I wish one of us was close to you and could puggie sit while you have to be away from him. I’m not sure if he tolerates “clothes” or the such, but is there some way to wrap him up around his ‘trunk’ so that his staples are covered and he doesn’t have to wear the cone?? Just a thought…

I am still praying for you guys…Give him a kiss from us and please let us know how the weekend goes.

I am so sorry for you and poor little Romeo. Luckily Sleighbelle has never had to deal with a cone, but one of the rescues I fostered did, and she hated it too. But it’s for his own good. While you are gone, do you think it would help to crate him? At least he would have less space to get into trouble. Good luck with him and Romeo: behave yourself!

Luna I am with you!!! Just when I have my bed just right Grannie moves my bed and I have to start over!!!
I like to sleep on my back with my head on a pillow and my fluffy blankets just right. She will move something and I have to start over.
