Island Adventure

Benjamin, Henry and Luna

Sunday morning we took the pugs to a new dog park that opened in a local park that is located on a little island. The pugs were thrilled to go to a new place. Before we went into the dog park, we walked the trail that meanders around the edge of the island. There was a floating boat dock that the pugs were excited to explore. After Benjamin, Henry and Luna finished sniffing around the dock, they were anxious to get to the dog park and check it out.

This is so cool.  A new adventure for the pugs must be so exciting.

I bet Henry especially appreciated someplace new to explore. We all know he hates to cover the same ground twice!

Their faces have “adventuresome” expressions!  How sweet they are!!!

Also, they look like it’s a lot warmer there than it is here, too!  Still warm in sunny Florida, I guess!

Is there no end to Florida adventures.  We are freezing up here in the north and you show us blue skies, even bluer water and panting puppies.  Wish we could all be a part of your island adventures.

Ah, Gina, Georgie was doing fine until this weekend when he started in with the “pug oysters” again.  As a result, I started him in on Previcox (which is Gracie’s and it was the only thing I could think of to try to get him to stop and it did somewhat.  The vet went along with it…in that he didn’t tell me it was a dumb thing to do).[[when the vet’s office is closed, I tend to panic.  It is also the time when most issues arise, isn’t it.}}  Gracie is acting as if nothing was ever wrong with her and happily jumps up and down to prove it.  Thank heavens.  I was ready to schedule her for an amputation when what is really needed is a lobotomy - for me.

So cool! You’re lucky that it’s warm down there and that you have a local dog park!

I don’t know what part of Florida you’re in, but here in Wilmer (Mobile County), Alabama, there are no dog parks.  I am very envious.  But y’all are lookin’ good!

Wow!  A new Dog Park.  We do not have dog parks here either.  But I am in a rural neighborhood, so there is space to run around.  smile
Looks like they had fun.
