Introducing H. Doodle

It has been a long time in the making, but I am pleased to introduce, H. Doodle - A Little Shop for Little Dogs.  Pets, but dogs especially, have always been a big part of my life.  So awhile back, I started saving money so that I could one day open a dog boutique.  Over the years, the vision of the dog boutique has changed and it wasn’t until late last year, that I thought I was finally ready to get the ball rolling.

There were a lot of decisions to be made and things to do and for the last 10 months I have working diligently to get everything ready.  To finally announce to everyone that the H. Doodle website is complete and that H. Doodle is now open for business is absolutely thrilling!

Since launching, many people have asked me about the shop’s name - H. Doodle.  Well, a previous blog post kinda gives this one away, but the boutique is named after Henry.  One of Henry’s nicknames is Doodle.  The term nickname is an understatement in this case.  Doodle is what we mainly call him and it is the name that he seems to prefer.  To add a twist to the name we decided to add Henry’s first initial to the boutique name.  And that was how H. Doodle was born!
