Goofing Off

Luna and Henry

As soon as I walk over to take a picture, Henry falls over and starts rolling around in the grass. I think the sun goes to Henry's head and makes it impossible for him to sit up. It seems like whenever he walks into a sun beam he falls over and must point his belly to the sky.

Henry must love the warmth of the sun on his belly…  what a sun seeker xoxoxox
Lovey pic of Miss Luna!

Maybe the sun has a strange hold on Henry, or his belly craves the sun and forces him to roll over.  Whatever, he is as cute as a button and Miss Luna seems to be focused on something else.

Maybe his belly is True North-like on a compass?
But it’s a much, much cuter true north than the original!  Luna looks like she is trying to distance herself from her goofy “all fall down” brother!!

While Luna, on the other hand, is looking for the nearest shady spot! Adorable!

Gina, I feel for you, the kids do get bored at home on snow days don’t they? One particularly snowy winter when we lived in Pennsylvania my 5th grade son, after learning we were having what had to be our 100th snow day (not really, it just felt like it!) said, “Oh, no, not another snow day!” Never thought I’d hear those words from him! It’s raining here in Atlanta-all day long-which means potty times are going to be a real challenge. Time to get out the golf umbrella for Miss Lucy!

I think Luna is saying, “Öh brother, get the cane”.

Hey Sue VDB, how about a reverse mortgage. (just kidding)  After today’s vet bill (Abby is having teeth removed plus some medical tests), we may be considering that option.

Gina, you’ll get no sympathy from me.  I didn’t mind so much the four boys being home on snow days, but adding a teacher-husband to the mix was over the top and not fair.

Monday’s ‘pincushion vet’ appointment turned into a cold laser therapy session (he had a new machine to try) and so far, Georgie seems to be in the pink.

Smooches to Luna, Benny and Henry (wherever he is - maybe going for the cane?).

So funny the differences between them!  Henry loves to catch those rays and warm up his tummy.  And Luna is the shade-seeker!

Speaking of Luna, I had a busy day yesterday and just now caught up to the fact that I missed her gotcha day.  I put a note on there yesterday as well, but I want to wish her a very happy—although belated—gotcha day!

A true sun worshipper! When we lived in a small mountain tow it snowed from mid-October through to the end of April-no snow days for that hearty bunch! Pug hugs from pastor sue & the colorado 2
