This week's flashback: Let Freedom Ring - Quietly
A few people have asked me how Benjamin, Henry, Luna & Sol react to the fireworks. This is our first 4th of July with Sol so I can say for sure how she will do, but since she is completely deaf, I don't think the loud booms are going to get much of a reaction from her. Happy 4th everyone…Last night, as I layed on the couch cozy with Bax and Ri…drifting off around 9:30, my neighbor’s son decided to have an early finale…the boys weren’t phased, but their momma almost left a puddle on the couch!!!

Another 4th. For several days now there have been fireworks going off and late at night some loud boomers. Thankfully, my babies are snuggled up and if an especually loud one goes off, will bark a little. My grandson’s mother has to work tonight so she won’t have her friends over here shooting off fireworks. Kansas City, Kansas is the only area that allows fireworks. All the surround cities ban them. Ben, my grandson, will shoot off a few and then go to a party with his dad.
