Compromise

Benjamin and Henry

Benny was a little jealous that Luna got so many kudos for compromising and spending time with Henry in the sun and Benny in the shade that he thought he would work on his own compromise. So, his butt in in the sun! What do you think? You think that is enough of a compromise?

This is too funny, and the expression on Benny’s face is priceless.  You go Baby Benny because you know how to work it.

Hey Benny, it’s a start little man.  Hope your effort is appreciated.

Georgie has a dilemma.  Anyone have some thoughts on making a long-distance romance work?  He abhors the label “internet romance” because it sounds so tacky and his feelings for Gina’s Bella are anything but that. He became be-smitten when he saw her picture on the internet but is sure “it was meant to be” and he would have found her no matter what somehow.

Taco Breath separated her ankle (or had it separated for her) and now has a bright pink cast on her leg.  I heard her screaming but at first just thought it was her “play scream” that she does with Cooper which is high-pitched and annoying.  It went on too long so I went outside to investigate to see everyone but Abby (who wisely abstained) pawing at her on the ground.  She’s okay although sore but the vet went back to his office to take care of it (of course it was after 5 pm).

Never know what the day’s going to bring, do you!

Great compromise Benny. A sun warmed tush is a good thing. smile

Bella is loving Georgie as well. She prefers ‘long distance relationship’. smile

Poor taco breath. How do you think it happened Huckle? And the puggers were pawing at her? Awww. They wanted to help her. smile

Thanks for the well wishes for Taco Breath Steve, sue and Gina.  Gina, I think they were going in for the kill, Gracie especially.  Taco Breath was on her back and the gang (minus Abby I’m pleased to say) were kind of pouncing on her.  As much as you love them, you get reminded these are still animals not funny looking little people (Aliens, my vet would say).  How it happened I have no idea unless T.B was dangling from a toy in Cooper’s mouth and got flung around.  Weird.

We have three that “talk”, a 15 yr. old Pom., and a 4 yr old Pug that NEVER whined till we brought in this lovely and lovable mutt that we pulled out of a sewer (literally) as a 9 week old pup a year ago last Nov.15th.  He whines, he whines to go out, he whines to get walked, he whines for his MilkBone, he whines if we don’t get up at a suitable time for him in the morning, and that’s not to go out that’s just for us to get up, and if we try to ignore him he uses his extreme outside voice and starts barking.  And now he’s got the other 2 doing the same thing.  All I can say is they’re lucky we love all 3 of ‘em!

Sue states, Steve - pug parents are a different breed even if they have other “children” aren’t they (we).?  At least we understand each other.

Ms. Huckle,
I think you are right and I also think we probably understand each other.

Ms. Sue States, thanks for the sentiment AND the prayers.
