Ah yessssssss, I can’t wait to sink my shredders into this here loaf of pugkin bread - ....gotta get it in my mouth before Luna and Henry come…....yessssssssss
surgery went well. am home and going to rest. thanks again for the prayers and well wishes. safe harbor left me a message…hope they have good news for friendly.
Sue VDB, God is good everyday! I will continue to pray for your recovery and a loving home for Friendly. I am glad to hear that your surgery went well.
“better use my loaf and work out how to get through this wrapper, omnomnom!”
Apologies for the british-ism!
Sue VDB - such good news that that surgery is over. It will probably be hard to type with just one hand. Is your elbow hurting? Prayers! Pulling for Friendly. He sounds so special certainly there must be a good home out there even just a foster.
thanks huckle. as you can see there are no caps, but i think everyone will understand as i can only use my right hand. thankfullt it is my left elbow that is affected, since i am right handed.
the initial pain from the incision is gone. i feel more of an aching than actual pain. my arm is in a splint and a sling for two weeks. fortunately i thought ahead and got some things in place to aid me.
unfortunately safe harbor does not have an opening for friendly. i received a text message this morning just before surgery that another rescue will be in contact.
Hey MOM!!!!!! P-l-e-a-s-e- get this stuff off my treat from Grandmother!!!! Do not let the everyone else know it is here until I get may share!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!
So Happy Sue that the surgery is over and you are doing well!!
