I don’t have a clever caption, but this picture is fabulous!!!
Dinner must be late…... I get that look, too!
Benny: Hey Henry, is Mom still in the office?
Henry: Yes, I think so!
Luna: I’m sure she said dinner was at 5 sharp!
Sol: I’m not able to hear mom, but I’m sure we always have dinner at this time!
Benny: Ok, well which one of us should go remind her that it’s dinner time?
Henry: I’m too famished to move, you do it.
Luna: I’m sure mom didn’t forget about us, she should here any minute boys.
Sol: I wonder what mom’s going to cook for us tonight from that new receipe book?
Love the picture!
Did someone say pugkin bread for breakfast?! Such a cute photo of the kids!!
How many times have we told you mom, if you want to eat with us, you set the table for SIX!
So here we are ready for dinner-and the waiter brings a bowl of soup-Henry asks"what is that fly doing in my soup? and the waiter says"The back stroke!” Benny: “Next time order the pugkin bread!” Sol & Luna: “Yes, one can never go wrong ordering pugkin bread!” Great picture of these adorable puggies!
All four in unison: We want food, we want food, etc., etc.
From the new movie, Table of Dreams, starring Henry, Benjamin, Luna, and Sol
“if we sit here…it will come”
All great captions!
Mom, we’re done eating off the floor! We are civilized pugs after all. Now for appetizers, we’d like…
I was thinking of another movie, an oldie called “The Little Shop of Horrors” where the plant says, “Shut up and bring on the chow!”
Fillet Mignon please! And make it snappy!
Mom, quit fooling around with the clicky thing. Eating is a serious business. Now bring the food, please and we’ll clean the dishes.
Sue VDB: Hope Romeo is doing better now.
Hey when they gonna feed up, where getting thin here??
Where’s the roast, Ma? I love the look on their expectant little faces, lol.
“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”
Virginia Woolf
English Novelist
(1882-1941)
“Please sir, may I have some more?”
Charles Dickens -
Oliver Twist
We were just about to play poker, but where are the cards and chips?
tap, tap, tap….Mom! Is it soup yet?
“Some day, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to do a service for me. Until that day accept this justice as a gift on my daughter’s wedding day…...now get my friends some treats before you get whacked. Capice?”
Romeo came home from the vet today after spending Monday and night for an allergic reaction to his staples plus kennel cough he caught at the vet clinic. He is on another antibiotic for the kennel cough. He acts much for normal except for a lot of sleeping and I suspect that is due to the cough. I’m hoping by this weekend he will be feeling like his little old self again. Thanks again for the thoughts and prayers.
Oh my dear, I love the Virginia Woolf quote. How fitting. Oh, I just thought of one, this from “Oliver,” ‘FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD, HOT SAUSAGE AND MUSTARD.” Loved “Oliver.”

Sue VDB, Hope little Romeo will be feeling much better very soon.
