Big Bro, Little Sis

Luna might be small, but she is a scrapper. Plus, if she ever gets in over her head, she has two bros she can count on for backup.

Side Note: I will be drawing the winner of Sol's painting tonight. If you have purchased raffle tickets and have not received your ticket numbers yet, please email me (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) or leave a comment on this post.

Oh my goodness, this is one of my fav pics…You can really see Luna’s petite-ness when standing next to her Big Bro like that!!  I am an only child, but I always said if I was to have a sibling, I’d want a big bro…that bond is a special one as we see here!  Henry, I know you do a great job lookin’ out for your lil’ sis!!

Have a great weekend all!!!  TGIF!

P.S.  I love seeing Looney in Sol’s harness…

P.P.S.  Sooooo Corrine…you are drawing my name tonight…when will you rub it in, I mean share that news, with the rest of the OBP fan club??  Are you gonna make us wait until Monday?!?!?!  *gasp*

Awwww, it doesn’t get any cuter than this.  I love it.

Heather, you are a scamp, and if you DO win, I hope you have to wait until Monday…so there.

Good luck eveyone.

Now girls, let’s behave.  That’s all wasted breath anyway, we all know who the winner is.  In fact, I don’t think we even need to draw the name…isn’t it obvious…!

This pic reminds me of the t-shirt of “Pug butts”!

Luna looks even smaller standing next to Henry like this.  It is adorable…even if it is the derriere.

Pug hugs, snorts & smooches for a good weekend,

Grannygoogs - I came across this first picture and thought immediately of you and wanted to share it (the rest of you can look too).

Heather, I have a big bro and he is the BEST.  Today is his birthday actually.  Happy Birthday Steve!
He always says he doesn’t like Sleighbelle (hunting dogs for him!), but he is the one that bought Sleighbelle for me; so I think he’s full of hot air!  Everyone should have a big bro!

Luna you are cuter than pie…even if this post is a butt shot! Luna asks, “Does my butt look big in this pic?”  And the answer is NO!!

Heather

Sleighbelle…LOL about Luna’s not-big butt!  Happy birthday brother Steve!

Daily Puglet is my second favorite pug website.  It is cute and funny, but can’t compare to OBP and OBP fans (family).  We rock.

Happy weekend, and whoever wins (if Corrine doesn’t make us wait until Monday) big congratulations and I know you will have much to celbrate (me?).

Oh my!!! What a great picture of a big Bro and Tiny Sis! Just how much does Luna weigh.

Whomever wins enjoy.

These two are adorable in this picture!  And Luna is a lucky girl to have TWO big brothers!  And to be fair, I have to add they’re lucky to have such an adorable sister!

Lisa

Tina is also the tougher of my two.  Hooie is pretty much a walking bowl of sugar, he is totally sweet and outside from being curious about strange things, he is very mellow.  People look at Tina and assume she is sweet, which she is, but she is also very much an alpha and a scrapper just like Luna.

Carmen also was tougher than Hooie, and very unlady like at times.  Maybe it’s a female Pug thing!!!!

Sleighbelle, happy birthday to your brother Steve. I have two older sisters, who are both gone now, but I always wondered what it would be like to have a brother.

P.S. I think you are right about Sleighbelle.  He would not have gotten her for you if he didn’t like her.

I won’t make everyone wait until Monday grin

I will post the winning raffle ticket number to the blog this evening (probably around 8 or 9pm EST).  Once I get in touch with the winner I will reveal their name on the blog if the winner gives me permission.

I am almost afraid to draw the winner.  There can only be one winner and I don’t want to disappoint anyone. :-(

Maybe Grammy should get busy furiously painting…that would satisfy the rest of them when you announce my name (wouldn’t it be funny if I really did win.  Corrine, you might have to leave the country)!

Good luck, everyone (yeah, right)

I really agree with you re the Daily Puglet.  It’s fun, but it isn’t “home”.

For the life of me, I can’t figure out how she comes up with all these things Puglet says plus always stays in character.  I know Puglet’s a scamp, but she must be one too.

Corrine is incomparable so I won’t even try.  I’m just grateful I found this site and get to know the rest of the “family”.  So true Sue VDB!

Corrine, the rest of us who don’t win will, of course, be disappointed, but in spite of all the good natured “bickering” will be happy for the winner.  We all hope to be the winner, but just pull the winning ticket and let us know. Good luck to me.

I love my OBP family…

and yes, all our teasing about winning was all in good fun…that is why, when I give Corrine permission, and she tells you Sol’s on her way to RI, you will all be so happy for me!  wink

We will all be happy for whomever is the grand winner…a little disappointed, yes, but like I said earlier, Sol will be on proud display wherever her gorgeous portrait ends up…The rest of us will just have to be satisfied with our favorite Sol pictures!!!

Good luck to everyone…this was very fun, especially the teasing banter…always elicited a giggle.  I hope we eaned some nice money for the Sol fund!

I truly do love all of you in the extended OBP family…Corrine, thank you so much for sharing Henry, Ben, Luna and, Sol with us and for creating the opportunity for this gang of your biggest fans to create this community we’ve all come to love.

PUG BUTTS RULE!!!!

Heather - no we won’t (be happy) - at least some of us won’t.

Sol’s portrait started out heading toward RI but veered off to the left toward Ohio of course.  What can I say?

Georgie and Cooper has another dust up.  This time I thought I was never get Cooper toward the patio but I finally did.  This was really vicious and Georgie was on the bottom with Cooper standing over him.  I got the door opened and Cooper shoved out and checked Georgie all over…..no injuries but lots of dog spit decorating him.  Any one else have problems like this?

I guess I have keyboard diarrhea.  I can’t seem to shut up.  Oppppps

Huckle, at one time I had Romeo, Minnie and Colby, a rescued Brittany I took in after my greyhound died.  Romeo was constantly on Colby’s rear end, like he was hearding him.  In spite of my best efforst, I could not get Romeo to quit.  One day Colby got tired of it, picked up Romeo by the scruff of the neck and carried him off to a corner.  Scared out of my mind I finally got Colby to release Romeo…no injuries involved.  Things settled down and Romeo jumped on my lap.  About an hour later Colby grabbed Romeo again…same scenario.  I finally had to put one in the basement and keep one upstairs, and vice versa.  This went on every day for over a year before Colby got sick and had to be put down.  It was an even bigger problem when thunderstorms hit, because Colby was terried of them, and one time broke through a wall leading to the upstairs. That was absolutely no fun, especially because I had to keep running up and down stairs.  I am terried of stairs ever since I fell down them and severely broke my ankle, and my balance is fragile.

I can truly sympathize with you.

Huckle I don’t have a problem with the pugs and boxers but Zeke one of my male pugs has started to fight my foster pug who is blind when I first got him they were fine but for some reason Zeke has decided he does not like cuddles and poor cuddles just lays down so far I have had to break up two fights its really scarey
