2 Good Boys

Benjamin & Henry

It is hard to really remember (although it hasn’t even been a year) of what life was like before we adopted little Luna.  But before Luna joined our family, the only dogs in our family were the boys, Benjamin & Henry.  Heck, sometimes we still just call the 3 of them “the boys.”  She doesn’t seem to know the difference.  Even if she did, I don’t think she’d care much.  She is a tomboy anyway.  (I mean she does lift her leg to pee….)  In any case, the one thing I do miss (don’t get me wrong…I wouldn’t trade little Luna for a million bucks…but…) the boys do a good job getting their pictures taken and Luna is neither photogenic or patient.  Thus, Luna usually makes for the blurry spot in the “family” photo.

So, I decided to take a couple of photos of just the boys for a change.  They do a good job when I tell them just to sit there and look cute.  They are good boys.  It is funny when I look at this photo because so often people stop me and ask how do I tell the boys apart.  Well, to us pug lovers, how can’t you?  It is quite evident, though, especially when they are right next to each other that Benjamin & Henry look quite different.

That is so true!  Before I got Frank I thought all pugs pretty much looked the same.  How on earth would you tell them apart.  If a pug napper took him and put him in a kennel of a hundred pugs would I be able to pick him out?  I would!

Oh and Frank pee’s like a girl.  Even with a brother that pees on everything, Frank never mastered the leg lift.

Aww, that’s a great pic of the boys. Have you considered entering my photo contest, this photo isn’t exactly the first adorable Pug pic I saw on your blog wink
Love the harnesses too, I missed the post about those earlier…

I just had to chime in…I’m a fairly new reader to your blog and have two boys of my own.

They have always been, and will always be, “The Boys”...

And everyone asks me, too, how I tell them apart…and my answer is how do you tell your kids apart?  They are totally different!!!  Looks and personality!!!

Anyway, your puggies are fabulous and I love reading about their adventures!

I have 5 pugs, and I get asked how I can tell them apart all the time.  As all the pugs are boys, I call them the boys.  My grandaughter calls them the boys also, but calls me doggie.
