Whenever we go out to dinner we always make sure to bring the pugs home a little something. My favorite part of bringing home treats for the pugs is to see what they eat first. Last week, we brought the pugs home a few pieces of steak and leftover vegetables. Not surprisingly, the pugs went for steak first and then the only good pug to eat all his vegetables was Henry. Benjamin and Luna were wishing we brought home more steak.

I don't know how your pugs do with toenail clipping, but nail clipping around here is an absolute disaster. The pugs have to be bribed and even then they are still a wiggly, uncooperative mess. And the worst part is their toenails grow so fast!
So, we decided to buy a Dremel made for pets. For the boys, the Dremel has worked wonders! I can't remember the last time Benjamin's toenails were as short as they are now. And we are hoping that his quicks will recede over time so we can get his nails even shorter.
Luna, on the other hand, has different thoughts about the Dremel. She has taken to hiding whenever we break out the Dremel. So, it looks like Luna is sticking to the nail clippers.

We were literally 3 houses away from home, when I ended up with 3 pooped pugs parked under a shade tree. They knew it was too early for dinner so they were in no hurry to get home. They decided to bide their time until dinner rolling around in the grass and watching the bikers and walkers that passed us by.
As I was standing there waiting for the pugs, the only thought running through my head was "Never walk a pug farther than you can carry him."

Geez, Hank. I haven't even sat down to eat yet, and you are already giving me those pleading eyes. Can I at least have a few bites of my salad before you make me feel guilty?
Have a great weekend!

Where's Luna in those Sun vs Shade pics? Well, whenever I am in the yard you can always find Luna on the bench with me. She is way too much of a princess to lay in the grass. She needs a throne to sit upon when in the yard.

This was the sight on Sunday morning. As you can tell, neither Henry nor Luna have big plans for the day.
