I have been using a new cloud based photo organization service and one of the things that I love is that it gives you flashbacks of pictures taken the same day in your photo library. On Sunday, when I opened up the app, I saw this picture taken with the pugs just 1 year ago.
We were looking for something to do with the pugs, so we thought it would be fun to take the pugs to the same park and snap another picture of them in front of this awesome downed tree. Here is this year's version.
It doesn't look like much has changed. Everyone has the same harnesses and leashes. Henry just forgot where he was sitting last year

The boys wanted to show Luna a few of their snow pics to prove that Florida winters aren't bad at all.
Benjamin and Henry loved to play in the snow when it was a light dusting like this. They would play chase and pummel each other and roll around in the snow. Once the snow got deeper than a few inches, they weren't nearly as interested in romping around in the white stuff. Running in the deeper snow was way too tiring for them and their paws tended to get a little chilly.

We live at the end of a pretty sleep cul de sac. Its a great place for the neighborhood kids to play and the pugs, being the social butterflies they are, love to go out and say hi to everyone.
When the occasional car drives by sometimes they forget they are on a residential street and they drive a little fast. So we got these signs to put in the street to remind them that they are on a neighborhood street.
I think Henry makes a good grumpy traffic cop. What do you think?

There is no denying that Luna was working her cuteness in this pic, but when I saw her looking all adorable I said, "Girl, you need your toenails cut!" Needless to say that wasn't something she wanted to hear.

To say Benny is a creature of habit would be an understatement. He loves his daily routine. One of his more exercised rituals happens after he eats his dinner. Benny gobbles down his dinner then lets himself out through two doggy doors to go potty in the yard. After that he comes in the house, goes to his crate, gets puffy and then brings it to us. We make a fuss over how nice puffy is and then Benny settles in his dog bed and falls asleep completely content with himself.
And to be honest, I love that Benny is set in his ways. Because having him bring me his puffy and then watching him fall asleep such a happy boy is always a highlight of my day.
