Remember the tree the boys were guarding a few weeks back? Well, this picture was taken the day the crape myrtle was planted.
The pugs were pretty blasé when the tree was being planted, but once it was in the ground they couldn't wait to water it.
I guess all their watering over the years has paid off!

Hailing from Miami, Luna is not one for cold weather. It doesn't really get cold in Central Florida, but don't tell Luna that. If the temps get into the 50's Luna shivers. So, Luna was more than happy to steal Benjamin red hooded sweatshirt one chilly morning to stay warm.

Looking at this picture now, I can see how Luna is trying so hard to sit still and pose. Luna has never been good at posing for the camera. It takes every ounce of control and all of her listening skills to be a good girl and not walk up to the camera. I can tell by the look on her face that she is trying really hard not to run to me. In fact, here is the next frame in the series of pictures.
As you can see, the little girl is on the move!

Henry was the only pug brave enough to pose with our Oriole themed scarecrow. Luna and Benjamin were a little leery of him and wouldn't sit with this odd person. Henry had no problem sitting on his lap. He was just confused as to why the scarecrow wouldn't pet him.

An early morning pug pile. The pugs have always been sleepy heads in the morning. Well, sleepy heads after they have had their breakfast at least. So, when I made the bed, I used to pile them in the dog bed on the ottoman with wheels. Then when it was time for my breakfast, I would wheel them into the living room. The wheels on that poor little ottoman where at maximum capacity by the time I finished stacking 3 pugs on it.

This spotted dog bed was Sol's favorite bed in the house. It was located under my desk in my office, right next to my feet. While I worked, Sol snored and dreamed away. From time to time, when she would stir, I would give her head a little rub with my feet and she would settle back down and get on with her nap.

This picture is from September 2009.
I have loved seeing Sol's sweet face the last few Friday's so I wanted to post another picture this week. This was one of the rare times that Sol enjoyed riding in the stroller. Most days she hated the stroller. She was much happier riding in her pouch. She loved her pouch!
